Store Credit & Returns Policy:

At Jenya Renée, each piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities and crafted from premium materials. We want you to love your purchase and are happy to assist if something isn’t quite right.

Store Credit:

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Jenya Renée digital gift card, unless otherwise noted.

  • Store credit never expires
  • May be used online at jenyarenee.com
  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Return Eligibility:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for online purchases or within 2 days of an in-person purchase
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition complete with the security tags attached
  • All original packaging, tags, and dust bags must be included
  • Final sale and custom orders are not eligible for return

Return Process

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email

Damages or Defects

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Please note, exotic skins are natural materials and are not uniform by nature. Variations in color and markings are inherent characteristics of genuine exotic hides and are what makes each Jenya Renée piece truly beautiful and unique. These natural features are not considered defects.
