    Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: All domestic orders are carefully handled by our trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 72 business hours of purchase.

      •    Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): No cost to you!
      •    Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $25.00
      •    Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $50.00

    International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently only serve customers within the United States. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please reach out to us at support@jenyarenee.com

    Returns and Exchanges:
    Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges. Contact  support@jenyarenee.com for any related inquiries. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded in the event a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is granted. For your peace of mind, we recommend insuring the value of returned items and tracking the package during transit. Please be aware that Jenya Renée is not responsible for lost items during the return process, and all exchanges or store credit are subject to inspection upon receipt. We are also not responsible for any items damaged during return shipping.

    Tracking:

    Holiday Shipping Policy

    Order Deadlines:
    To receive your order in time for the holidays, please place your orders by the following dates:

    Standard Shipping: Orders must be placed by December 19th.
    Express Shipping: Orders must be placed by December 21st.

    Please note that these deadlines are specific to domestic (U.S.) orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Shipping Delays:
    While we always strive to process and ship your orders promptly, it's essential to keep in mind that the holiday season can be exceptionally busy for our shipping partners. As such, slight delays might occur due to increased shipping volumes.
