    Wholesale Program:

    1.  Eligibility: Wholesale partnerships are open to established retailers, boutiques, and businesses. Applicants must provide relevant business credentials and information.
    2.  Minimum Order: A minimum order quantity is required for wholesale purchases. Specific details can be obtained through Jenya Renée.
    3.  Product Availability: Product availability is subject to change, and we make efforts to keep our partners informed of any changes. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability of all products because so many of them are limited edition pieces.
    4.  Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively to approved partners. Please refer to your personalized pricing sheet for details.
    5.  Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon individually. Standard terms include payment in advance, credit card payments, or Net 30 terms for qualified partners.
    6.  Shipping: Shipping fees and options will be discussed during the partnership setup process. We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services.
    7.  Returns and Exchanges: Wholesale partners must adhere to our Return & Refund policy. Damaged or defective products will be addressed promptly.

    Affiliate Program:

    1.  Eligibility: Our Affiliate Program is open to individuals, bloggers, influencers, and website owners who can effectively promote Jenya Renée products.
    2.   Commissions: Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and payment schedules will be agreed upon with Jenya Renée.
    3.   Promotion: Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products in a tasteful and respectful manner. Any misleading or unethical promotion may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership.
    4.  Tracking: Accurate tracking of referrals is crucial. We use a tracking system to ensure fair commission attribution.
    5.  Payments: Affiliate payments are made on a regular basis, as outlined in the affiliate agreement. Payments are typically made via bank transfer or PayPal.
    6.  Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time with written notice. Jenya Renée reserves the right to terminate partnerships for violation of program policies.
