    Return & Refund Policy

    Thank you for choosing Jenya Renée, where each creation is meticulously handcrafted from the finest materials. We deeply value your business and take pride in the craftsmanship of every handbag. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange or a full store credit.

    Please take note of the following guidelines:

    Returns are accepted within a 10-day window from the date of receipt.

    Kindly reach out to us at support@jenyarenee.com, providing your name, order number, and the rationale behind your return request. We will promptly furnish you with the address for our Returns Department.

    All items must be dispatched to JenRen Designs LLC Returns Department with a postmark within 10 calendar days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit.

    The returned merchandise should remain in the same pristine condition as when you first received it – unworn, unblemished, resalable, complete with security tags still attached to the handle of the handbag, and the original packaging.

    Regrettably, special orders, personalized/monogrammed items, and items labeled as “final sale” are ineligible for return.

    Jenya Renée reserves the exclusive prerogative to assess the salability of returned merchandise at its sole discretion.

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return, with notifications sent via email regarding your store credit.
